Returns & Complaints
Items purchased during promotions, offers, or clearance sales are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
To be eligible for a return, all products must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in the original packaging.
The details should include:
- Customer’s name
- Email address and Phone Number
- Product ID and description of the defect
- Date of Purchase
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not return damaged products without approval from the support team, as this may delay resolution or result in no refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Shipping Returns
For Returns and Complaints products, after approval by our admin/support team, you may proceed with shipping the product.
Once your item has been approved for return, please ensure it is packed securely and send it to the address below. For best results, you can contact our Customer Service to arrange for a courier pickup or we recommend using a reliable courier service for your return shipment.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
In compliance with applicable laws, you have 14 days to return goods. To withdraw from the contract:
- Complete the statement of withdrawal.
- Pack the complete product with the invoice.
- After approval by the admin, ship it to the above address.
